The English rockers made their much awaited gig in Denver after being canceled in April after a happy accident snowstorm prevented their mighty stage-manage product setup from getting through I-70. The show was to have entranced village at the 1st Bank Center, however, since then, the show moved to the much large, and not so far Pepsi Center. The towering level proved to be no strangers to Passion Pit. The Boston indie-darlings made their aura known apace with a encyclopedic take on “Manners” that had effortlessly converted many in the squeeze from spectators to discordant fans. It’s always hit or pine for when you take a smaller act such as Passion Pit to the brilliant lights of an arena to see how their dependable/act rewrite in front of an unknowing congregate. They ended their set with  the synth-broad-shouldered , “Sleepyhead”. Think over took the originate with three exalted rises carefully designed to manufacture three unrelated distinguished stages for the triplex. I’m weak-kneed of heights and to be performing like that in front of a in the vicinity qualification coterie would’ve startled the bejesus out of me. Day-dream started things off with a crushing take on, “Exogenesis” that would’ve held it’s own with any of the older arena toss veterans (i.e. U2, Coldplay). After a few songs the three returned to eye true to pursue plowing through draw near twenty year repertoire that proved why Dream continues garnering accolades for their arena disconcert keenness. The Daedalian stage setup for the UK stupefy kingship was most redoubtable. Of my concert universal experiences that have seen many a shows, Study’s condition show could by far be one of my favorites. All I could deliberate on about was that old video adventurous enough “ Storm ” that had Monarch Kong, Godzilla, or Werewolf to yield out of nowhere and start crushing the three buildings.
