Wake Forest, NC -- A 21-year-old was charged this week after investigators said he gave three juveniles manufactured marijuana.

Zackary Alexander Mcroy, 21, is charged with possession of a controlled gravamen, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

The U.S. Senate Judiciary panel has unanimously approved a bill to ban the substance K-2. It was sponsored by Iowa Senator Charles Grassley in the retention of David Rozga. The 18-year-old from Indianola took his own life in June of last year, after using K-2 purchased from his resident shopping mall.
