After assessment about it, I unequivocal to filch mushroom risotto using fresh morels. I chose morels because they are crammed with flavor. In lieu of of using grieving cream and other calorie-jam-packed ingredients, I let the mushrooms yield most of the flavor in the dish. I also added wheatberries to the Arborio rice for character. Virtuous survive satisfied to tippler the wheatberries overnight, so that they aren't too chewy.
