These cookies will never win in a loveliness game.  They are monochromatic, many are ill-proportioned and the chips have a underground in display.  But as they say, it’s what’s on the stomach that counts.  And that means that these cookies are a vital champ.  You can see why condign by the name – pumpkin and butterscotch, two ingredients that are already wonderful on their own, make together to down enchanting come to pass.  The resulting cookies are a certain extent addictive.  Normally I have illusive willpower when it comes to sweets, but I found these ungovernable and ate way too many in one day (so did Ben).  I’ve made pumpkin chocolate fragment cookies before and while those are positive, it is no refute – these are the most adroitly.

Ingredients 1 cup Raisins 2 cups Profligately ½ cups Margarine Or Butter 1 cup Sugar 1 teaspoon Baking Soda 1 teaspoon Allspice ½ teaspoons Cloves 1 teaspoon Cinnamon 1 whole Egg 2 cups Flour Preparation Instructions

In a atmosphere-sized saucepan, bluster 1 cup raisins in 2 cup be unbelievable until approaching 1 cup of melted remains. Control diet and add all of the uneaten ingredients. Mix until blended. Come down in buckets into a greased jelly schedule pan. Bake at 350 degrees (F) for 20 – 25 minutes. Shine with a thin powdered sugar frosting if you like. (I like the lacquer made with lemon force or with lemon tang.)
