Machine: The Run by Burberry is marketed to women, but it has a unisex, mens cologne pong. It starts off chemical-y, veering towards the Barbie doll-utterly odor of vanilla responsive. There’s also a prompting of musky fruit. This eau de parfum has a unconstrained and linear 90s fancy, like CkOne. It in fact shares some of CkOne’s notes: citrus, cardamom, tea, the musk, the cedar. At first I scheme, ah, it’s untrained, it’s harmless, but The Flog gets louder the longer you sport it. The musky fruit starts crowding out whatever flowers are in there.
